The staff deserve particular mention. From check-in to departure, the team were consistently polite, professional, and willing to help. Requests were handled efficiently, and there was a genuine sense of customer care, which made the stay more comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and front desk staff were knowledgeable about the local area. In summary, the Mercure Northampton delivers what you would expect from this hotel brand: friendly service, a good central location, and comfortable accommodation. With a few updates to modernise certain areas, it could easily move from good to excellent. I would be happy to stay here again, particularly for work-related travel.
Centred in the middle of Northampton city centre. A great hotel with plenty of parking. Plenty of parking for the coach drivers around the rear. Evening meal and breakfast spot on and staff lovely and help full. Especially the two young girls who served our football team of the evening meal. Also a young girl on reception very new to the hotel but very professional. Hotel is showing its age but still fit for purpose!
We stayed a week for a buisness trip and had a very relaxing time at the hotel. The rooms had everything we needed and the service we received was great. Miranda on reception and Lindsey at Breakfast in particular were very helpful. When we need to return to Northampton for leisure or business, we'll pick this hotel.
The hotel is in a very good location. Right in the city center and close to the bus stop. I stayed for 17 nights. As a suggestion, I would recommend changing the room floors from carpet to parquet.
Very comfortable hotel . Visited for a funeral so only an overnight stay . Very welcoming . Clean comfortable room excellent bathroom facilities . Tasty evening meal and great choice at breakfast . Good location to town centre . Thankyou

Enjoyed a short stay at the Novotel. Staff were so warm and friendly plus helpful! Great spacious and comfortable room which is well maintained. Breakfast choices were good also. Convenient location and plenty of parking available
Stayed here for one night. Very nice hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. The tea and coffee station was empty though so I had to go down and ask reception for some, which the receptionist supplied me with there and then. The shower in the room is a power shower so it felt very luxurious and they also supplied shampoo and body wash. We also had breakfast which was a full continental and very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
